    In Fano, Moretta is an espresso coffee completed with a special blend of liqueurs and a strip of lemon rind, popular with the town's seafarers. Major Moretta is a liqueur mix ideal for making this delicious aid to digestion or energiser.

    Home-Made Moka Moretta
    Heat a little of this mix with a strip of lemon rind. Pour it into the cup and add the boiling-hot coffee.

    Home-Made Espresso Moretta
    Pour a little of this mix into a small glass with a strip of lemon rind. Heat with your espresso machine's steam wand and complete with the espresso coffee.
